Proceeds from the PAC Lunch program are directed towards enriching the school experience for our students through funding additional programs, supplies and activities.
*The PAC Hot Lunch program is run as a fundraiser, participation is optional.

Due to privacy requirements, our system is reset each July and all student and parent information is erased. If you wish to participate in the current year's hot lunch program, you must create new login credentials and re-register each student with their new grade and class/teacher information.

Forgot your Username or Password? Click the"Forgot Password" link in the upper left under the HotLunches.net logo.
When can I order? Ordering for each month is opened on the 15th of the previous month allowing parents at least two weeks to place orders.
Order cut-off dates? **NEW THIS YEAR** Ordering will close one week before each hot lunch date. Late orders cannot be accepted due to lead time required for our vendors.
How can I pay?PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) is our preferred method of payment. You may use an existing PayPal account, or check out as a guest using a one-time transaction. If you would like to pay by cash or cheque, please contact hotlunchcolumbia@gmail.com to make arrangements. Unfortunately we are unable to take debit payments at this time.
Please note:The system will NOT allow orders to be placed on an account running an outstanding balance from the previous month.
Child Absent? If you wish to pick up your child's lunch, please make arrangements with your child's teacher do so from the classroom at 12:15pm on hot lunch days. Any unclaimed lunches will be re-distributed to students in need.
How are my donations used?These are used to fund PAC activities throughout the school year.
PAC events don't happen without the time and effort put in by our volunteers...hot lunch is no exception!
We are always looking to add to our team of rockstar parents, grandparents, and staff who join us at the school on hot lunch days to distribute lunches to our students. If you have an hour or two to spare and are interested in helping out, please reach out to hotlunchcolumbia@gmail.com for more information.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING STARTED:
Register as a parent
Click the "Register" link in the upper left under the HotLunches.net logo (or click "Click Here to Register" under the login box)
Enter Access Code: CEHL
Create your unique user ID and password for future logins
Your email will be used to send confirmation of orders, and a weekly order reminder
Click the "Register Now" button
Enter your student(s) into the system
Click on "Students" and follow the instructions to add each student to your account. You MUST add each student separately.
Choose the correct teacher/class for your child as this will determine where lunches are delivered.
PLEASE ENSURE ALLERGY INFORMATION IS UPDATED FOR EACH CHILD. We do our best to accommodate allergies by preventing cross-contamination as much as possible. If your child has sensitivities and/or preferences, please note this as well.
The system will auto-generate your student's last name - please double check this information!
Place orders for each child
Click on "Orders" to place an order for your student(s).
When ordering lunches, select items and options (if offered) then scroll down to check out. You may order multiple weeks at once.
Pay
After placing your order(s), choose "Pay Now With PayPal".
* This site has an SSL Certificate to provide full security of your personal information, and only the information required to manage the lunch program is required. The volunteer site administrator cannot access your password and you select your own user id.
