Proceeds from the PAC Lunch program are directed towards enriching the school experience for our students through funding additional programs, supplies and activities. *The PAC Lunch program is optional.

Why does PAC use PayPal?We switched to this system due to overwhelming requests from parents for an online payment option. You may use an existing PayPal account, or use PayPal as a guest as a one-time transaction, pay by Visa, Mastercard, or Amex. If agreed upon by PAC you may make arrangements to pay by cash. You would need to order online and print off a remittance form and send that along with your money to the office.
Missed a deadline?For late orderscontact usand we will let you know if we can accommodateyou.Please note that late orders may be subject to a $1.00 late charge.
Child Absent?If your child is away, their food is not wasted. It is given to a family in need or you may pick it up at lunchtime to take home.
Donations?These are used to buy hot lunches for children in need. Unused funds go toward the food and beverage costs for other activities, such as the Welcome Back BBQ and School Track Meet's.
Past Balance?If you had a credit on your account, it will still be accessible by signing up with the same email or phone number you used for the previous year.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING STARTED:
Register as a parent
Click on "Click Here to Register" and enter Access Code: CEHL
After this first time you can log back in using whatever user ID and password you choose.
The email address you provide will be used to send you confirmation of your orders, and a reminder each Sunday of what you ordered for your child(ren) for the following week.
Click on the "Register Now" button at the bottom
Enter all your children into the system
Click on "Students" and follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends our school
The system will automatically fill in their last name, but please edit this if their last name is not the same as your own.
Place all your orders for each child
Click on "Orders" and proceed to place orders for each of your children.
When ordering lunches, select all the items you want to order and then scroll down to check out. You may also order fundraiser items and hot lunch items together, allowing you to make 1 purchase instead of multiple purchases.
Pay
After placing all your orders, choose "Pay Now With PayPal" (to complete your payment online using PayPal or to pay by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard or American Express as a one-time transaction)
* This site has an SSL Certificate to provide full security of your personal information, and only the information required to manage the lunch program is required. The volunteer site administrator cannot access your password and you select your own user id.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Any orders that are not paid for by the cut off date will automatically be deleted and the order will not be filled.
Ordering Cut Off dates:
Orders must be submitted on a monthly basis.
All orders are due on the LAST FRIDAY of each month (unless otherwise noted.)
Payments and Orders must be received by the hot lunch cut off date or orders will not be filled.
Absent on Lunch Days:
If your child is absent on Hot Lunch day and you will be picking up their lunch at a later time, please emailhotlunchcolumbia@gmail.com before 10am.
If we do not hear from you in advance, your child's lunch will be shared with other students.
